Rotations: Sling Dance

As we learned in our first workshop, Why We Sling, the sling, aka 'Dynamic Hammock,' is a great entry point for experienced dancers looking to expand their practice or aerialists seeking to shake up how they approach aerial.

In this hour and fifteen-minute class, Artistic Director Sarah Atenhan will teach an intermediate-level sling dance phrase with several opportunities for modifications, advancements, and creative exploration.
