Harness, Goddess, Catcher's, Diaper, Teddy Bear. It's the Shape With Many Names and even more possibilities! Led by Sling expert Kellie McDaniel, learn creative entry and exit strategies surrounding this central skill. Class includes a comprehensive warm-up, conditioning exercises, and all things Harness.
Class is open to aerialists ages 14+ who are comfortable getting into the Harness pose. For an additional $5, participants can stay for Open Gym until 4 pm. Email info@satellitedance.com with questions or if you plan on bringing your own apparatus.Â
