About the event
Join us for an Open Level aerial sling flow! Participants who have enjoyed at least one aerial sling class before this event are welcome to attend. The class begins with a dance party-style warm-up followed by conditioning skills. It culminates in a dynamic aerial sling combination, followed by a gentle cool-down to complete the experience.
